Following the principles of natural philosophy, all herbs and spices are reduced to their most essential, their essence, so they can finally be transformed into a unique experience speaking to your palate, your body, mind and soul.
In her workshop, the artist separates all ingredients into the three cardinal principles earth-fire-wind (or, more simply, body-soul-mind). Cleansing it from everything impure, each principle is purified to the highest possible degree and re-combined with the other two. Only the presence of each of the three principles makes a product/a herbal spirit a true essence.
